Hello,

Suddenly the name.tplinkdns.com stopped working, I’m not able to ping it , I can ping it and access it if I’m only connected locally but over the mobile data or any external connection, I’m not able to access it ,

i'm using it for openvpn

Hello, please refer to the guide below to check the DDNS settings on the VR400 again, ensure it is still running:

After that, check if you can still use the WAN IP address to visit the local resources if the DDNS is not working.
