Onemesh connection issue
Hi, i have c2300 v2 and re305 v3 using Onemesh.
whenever i move with my phone or macbook in house, wifi connection losts and comes back after couple of seconds. Reser both devices, changed wifi settings to "smart connect" but no luck. Does onemesh feature maintein connection? Or is it just a basic feature to announce same SSID?
thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your patience.
Archer C2300 V2 does not support OneMesh feature and RE305 v3 does.
So they would not create a OneMesh network together.
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

i've already created OneMesh between AC2300 v2 and RE305 v3, its supported (at least in EU).
onemesh feature already in the GUI of both devices and wifi changes automatically distributed between router and extender. However, roaming is not working as expected. Connection drops and reconnect occurs on clients.

Hi, Sorry for the mistake.
You are right that Archer C2300(EU) V2 firmware above Archer C2300(EU)_V2_200714 has supported OneMesh already;
As for the current issue, could you please help me check the following information:
1. Did all the mobile devices have the same issue?
2. Normally how long would the device drop the connection before it recovered automatically?
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Hi.
Has there been a solution to this problem?
I am having the same issue and in fact sometimes I have to go to airplane mode on multiple iPhones to get back online.
My network is an Archer AX10 (Firmware 1.2.0 Build 20210420) with Onemesh on. Two RE505X access points (Firmware 1.0.11 Build 20210511) with Onemesh one. Both access points test "Just right" in Location Assistant.
Thanks

Hello @Ceenaree,
Thank you for feedback, we also encourage you to start a new thread from hereand we will look into the issue further. Please share the network topology, the error message, a photo of the wireless security settings, model of the wifi client if possible.
Topology example: Router <wireless> #1 RE505X, Router <wireless> #2RE505X , both REs connect to router
At the same time, we would like to have a specialist look into this further via email. Please check your mailbox later and feel free to let us know how it goes. Thank you!
