Archer Ax10
I received an AX10 router from my fixed internet service provider Digi Romania.
This model has a modified firmware from which the internet service provider has taken out several options. Unfortunately I did not have the option of backup or firmware upgrade. I can't upgrade the firmware from the configuration page because this option is missing.
Please tell me what is the possibility to upgrade the latest version of tp-link.

Generally, the support for this customized version will be covered by your ISP, and we suggest you contact your ISP first to check if there is any limitation on the firmware.
BTW, is the model number Archer AX10? Can you please share me with the device bottom label?

You have the photo with button label from the box. When I received this router from my isp it was new and sealed.

Hi, thanks for the device info. This should be the generic version. Are you remotely logging into the AX10 web interface page? If that is the case, you are suggested to login locally to confirm again.

I login on 192.168.1.1 with user name: admin and default pass.
If this router it's a generic device can I put original firmware on it ?

Don't work neither with ethernet cable connected!!! The firmware upgrade meniu don't apears!!!
I will tried a flash with tftp method to reflash the router with latest firmware!!!
