Hi, I bought this router something like ~2 months ago and it's been working well.

Recently in the morning the router will have lost ability to connect to internet and I cannot access the router page from either wired or wireless connections. Why is this and will it be solved if I upgrade firmware?

Please make default factory settings and make new configuration on the router. My proposition will change password access.

I upgraded the firmware and reset to factory defaults. Plugged my external HD into the router.

Now the router is forcing the hard drive to scan itself endlessly. What is this?
