Hello,

When I connect my archer c1200 by cable (cat 6) the router locked the velocity for 100 mbps. If I connect the cable directly to the desktop I have velocities of 500 mbps.

So I don't believe that is the cable because if I connect directly to the computer it works at 500 mbps

I don't believe it is from the router ONT because I have another router that works at 1000 mbit/s(see figure, mine is "Porta 2") and the computer also works.

I verified the connection velocity in the computer and said 1 gbps (see pictures)

What is making the router locking my archer c1200 to 100 mbps. Thank you

I have never had that happen to myself, but apparently there are cases when the Ethernet port's auto negotiation fails to detect the full speed.

In the Archer C1200's configuration interface webpage under "Advanced" -> "System Tools" -> "System Parameters" at the very bottom of that page there should be an option to manually set the Ethernet speed to "1000 Mbps full duplex". Try if that works for you.
