M9 KPN interactive tv

Hello i am a new user on this forum and a new user with the Deco M9.
Question, i have interactive tv by KPN (Dutch television) And i wonder why i have to use the AP modus for replay tv. I actually wanted to use the Deco’s in router mode for more control and the features that comes with it.

Good day,
Sorry for the delay.
There is no such a limitation that smart TV could only be connected under the access point mode.
What would happen if you switch the Deco to the wireless router mode?
Thanks a lot and wait for your reply.

Hi thank you for the reply.
When the M9 is set in router mode the tv it self works fine however of i want to use replay tv or play earlier recordings of tv programs, i get an error code and it doesn't work.
It seems to have something to do with IGMP snooping.

Hi, sorry for the delay.
It might be related to the IPTV service.
Did your TV get connected by Ethernet cable to the Deco?
If yes, please go to more>advanced>IPTV/VLAN and choose the second one IPTV VLAN.
