Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version:

The Re305 set up is done and all signal lights are solid blue. But when trying to connect ext via mobile or tab the WiFi doesn't connect. It's a new device, not sure what's the problem any idea/help. Is this a device problem? Do I have to return the same.

Could you please help me check the following information:

1. would there be any error message when these devices failed to connect?

--if it said connected but no internet, please try to update the firmware on the following link to have a look:
