Remote usb printer in other lan
Hello, I have two tp-link devices one (TD-9970) used as a modem and accesspoint and the TL-WR1043N router connected to the modem through ethernet. Currently I'm making my usb printer available in the network through TL-WR1043N and TP-LINK printer controller. The problem is, whereas I use TD-9970 as both a modem and accesspoint (providing wifi "WLAN1") I still need to enable 2nd WLAN in the TL-WR1043N ("WLAN2") to allow my home PCs access the printer controller is limited to a single LAN.
Is it possible to configure NAT in my modem (TD-9970) so that the printer controller application in my PCs can access usb sharing in my router through the WLAN of the modem ("WLAN1") so that I don't have to enable two WLANs in my home?
