I have the latest firmware and my network is always congested.     

 

I have a small 2 stoy house and a 3 deco setup

@Dango i have the same problem so many times when I checked it's indicated that it's congested need to optimize... after few hours need to do again ! I have 3 M5 and many times only 9 users connected (including the printer)! What can be the causes?? How to fix it??

I having this issue as well. Network showing always congested. Just started happening in the last 1 week or soo. Is this resolved? I tried to update but there's no update available

Hi, is there any specific issue when the network always reported congested, like slow speed, unstable connection, etc.?

If not, there is no need to scan the network frequently, your network should be clear and good. Most importantly, if the Wi-Fi channel is changed too frequently, it may cause an unstable issue on the client devices, some devices may disconnect from the network and reconnect.

Network slow and sometimes cannot connect, teams meetings voice disrupted etc.

@Ash1973 Having the same problem. Speed Test on Deco app is ok, but Speed Test from devices connected to Deco is very slow.

Also getting a "congested message" when I check. 

I'm up to date with the latest firmware.

 

Any fix for this?

Hi, we would mainly focus on the speed issue.

The notice on the network optimization has been confirmed and could not cause any further issues.

[Solution] Network aways congested according to the Network Optimization on the Deco app

Would it be possible to start a new thread with the following information:

1. What is the internet bandwidth tested by the Deco APP?

2. How did you run the speed-test on the clients, to the 2.4ghz or 5ghz? how about the wireless link speed and what is the result of the speed-test?

3. Did all the devices have the same slow speed issue?

4. Could you please send me a picture of your network topology, such as how are the Deco connected to each other?

I have same issue with X20   fw 1.5.1 build 202101204 rel 50738

Checked to see if fw update but said i was up to date
