Hi,

I just bought the T4e adapter but I can't see any 5Ghz networks at my home.

Every other devices works fine with the 5Ghz network.

OS is Windows 10 and driver is the last publicly avalable.

May I know what is the current Windows version of the computer, 1909, or 2004? You may verify it as below:

Were you unable to detect any 5ghz or just your own one?


What is the model number of your wireless router? It is suggested changing the router's 5GHz band channel to 36,40,44, channel width to be 40MHz/80MHz to check again.


Try to update the following driver if none of the above helps:

Options
