cant access USB stick contents via ftp after update
It seems that after updating to new firmware version I have lost the ability to access contents of the usb stick I have inserted in the router. I used ftp for that.
Any help?

Hello, is the USB folder encrypted or is it open? You may check if you are experiencing the same issue as the others:

@Kevin_Z No the usb stick is not encrypted and it was working properly before the firmware upgrade. I used to be able to see the /sda folder via the ftp, now it is not visible. The files are there as I can access them normally on my computer.
I do not think it is the same issue as people describe in this other tread. I use ftp not samba to connect and the usual login/password work and I can access the ftp server, but there is simply nothing there.
I tried to access the contents by using samba though. I could see that there is SDA folder but the authentication with usual login/password did not work and I could not access it so maybe it is connected.
Anyway I am interested in the ftp functionality.

As per your description, this issue occurs after you upgrade the router firmware, it is suggested to try the beta firmware we provided previously or you may try to downgrade to the previous official firmware to confirm, thanks.

I have downgraded the firmware to 1.0.15 Build 20200628 rel.63501(4555) and I can confirm that in this version I can access the USB stick files normally via ftp admin account. The disk is mounted as /sda.
Well I have done some testing for you, now it is time for your company do do it's job and fix the firmware. You really need more thorough testing before releasing new version. I suggest removing the current release as it breaks basic functionality.

Thank you very much for all the testing. Actually, what I assumed was that the issue you experienced might be the same as the others, and our developers had provided a beta to fix it, you can give it a go. While it is OK if you want to wait for the future official firmware, thanks.
