Hardware Version:

Firmware Version: 1.5.1

I'm on EE Fibre Max 2

I get 300 Mb wired and using the Deco app speed test but can't get above 210 on any wireless device, even right next to the main M5. I get 300 if I use the EE router

It's not a big issue as it's plenty of speed as is but a bit annoying & wondered if anyone experience similar or found a fix. It's been like this since initial install a year ago

Sorry for the delay.

Could you please help me confirm the following details:

1. the speed test on the Deco APP is around 300m/s, which is also the internet bandwidth provided by the ISP, right?

2. but the speed test on the mobile devices connected to M5 is up to 210m/s？

-- if yes, considering there would be Wi-Fi interference and communication loss, 210m/s is quite acceptable.

(Please make sure the QoS, Parental control have been disabled.)

And if there Is any misunderstanding, please feel free to update it here.

That is correct. However, if I use supplied EE router instead of the Deco, I get the full 300 on wireless. Why is the Deco performing so poorly, in comparison?
