LAN IP Changed after firmware update.
After I updated to the latest firmware today, I notice all kinda of network issues. I have a DNS server, file server, home bridge server and could not access them. I then realized the IP range changed from 192.168.3.1 to 192.168.0.1. Since the DNS server is static, this stopped devices using the server dead in their tracks. I went to change the LAN IP back to 192.168.3.1 and it fails. Gives me an error that it failed to save my settings, please try again. I tried to change it several times and the same error. I then decide to try 192.168.4.1 and that worked. Great, after it rebooted, I would try and put it back to 192.168.3.1 and again errors that I need to try and try again. Anyone have any suggestions on why I now cannot set the LAN IP to 192.168.3.1??

Hello! Today I have managed to figure out what was causing the issue preventing me from setting the LAN IP range to 192.168.3.1. I have a PI-Hole DNS server running and it was set as the secondary DNS entry in WAN for IPV4. The primary was set to cloud fare 1.1.1.1. I decided to remove the secondary 192.168.3.XX settting and set it to 1.0.0.1. After the main deco rebooted I tried to now set my LAN IP to 192.168.3.1 and it worked. So, for some odd reason, using Pi-Hole as the DNS server causing an issue with the update forcing me to the LAN IP of 192.168.0.1. Setting the DNS to some other publicly available one resolved the issue. Now that I am back on the 3 range I can go back to using the pi-hole as my DNS server without issues. I am going to put my LAN IP in the 0 range for now, since I purchased the Deco X20 on sale today and will set that to the 3 range when I install the X20 when it comes in Sunday. Hopefully this helps others if they ever run into this issue.

Could you please tell me how the Deco units are connected into the network, or would there be another device use 192.168.3.xxx?
Can I have a picture of the error message when it failed to save the settings?
Could you please help me do a simple test:
Temporary disconnected the Deco from the network system;
Then log into the APP and change the LAN IP to be 192.168.3.1 to have a look;

Good morning to you! I have the decos connected as following:
Main deco connected to FIOS access point, and then second port connected to switch.
Second deco is connected using a network backbone from the switch the main deco is connected to and second port to one device.
Third deco is using the wireless backbone and connected to one device.
I tried your simple test in a few ways.
First disconnected it from the FIOS and tried to change it the LAN IP to 192.168.3.1, connected it back to FIOS and when the deco came back on, it was not set to 192.168.0.1.
I then went to the deco, disconnected both network cables connected to ip, set the LAP IP in the deco app to 192.168.1.3 while it was on 5G. I then connected the main deco back to FIOS, and then connected iPhone to it. LAP IP is 192.168.0.1. For some odd reason i cannot get it back to 192.168.3.1. Let me attach screen shots.

@TP-Link Hello,
I had some time to try and disconnect it again, reboot the FIOS and even tried to change it to others IPs such as 192.168.3.3 and so on and it refuses to go into the 3 range. I do not see how I can possible change the LAN IP if I have the main deco disconnected from the internet anyways. But I have attached more images (smaller size) for review. I was wondering if maybe I need to revert the firmware?

Sorry that I am a little confused.
First, the FIOS AP or modem is the internet source for main Deco, right?
When you disconnected the FIOS, you are able to change the LAN IP to 192.168.3.1, and it did not revert to something else when the FIOS connected back; but why did you disconnect the cables from the main Deco again and change the IP to 192.168.1.3?
Is it just a test and have no special reason?
----after you changed the LAN IP to 192.168.1.3 this time, after connecting back the FIOS, the LAN IP reverted to 192.168.0.1 automatically?
----and later the LAN IP was manually changed to 192.168.3.3/192.168.3.4 for further test, it reverted back to 192.168.0.1 once the FIOS is back?

@TP-Link Hello! To help you better understand , I still cannot set any LAN IP in the 192.168.3.X range. I can change the LAN IP to say the 192.168.4.X range. I do not understand how I can disconnect the main deco from the FIOS modem since the app then shows the deco is offline. I did try that and as you see in the one image, shows deco offline. I did try disconnecting the main deco from the TP-Link switch going down but still cannot set the LAN IP back to 192.168.3.X. Any ideas? Any further questions?
