Hi,
My Deco units were updated to the latest 1.5.1 firmware version.
All seems working fine except the AV database that is updated to August 2020 (was the same with 1.5.0 beta)
Will TP-link address that soon?

@TP-Link Hi, any ETA when this bug will be fixed? I just bought five days ago a set of M5's and updated the firmware to 1.5.1. AV DB is dated Jan 1st 2018 and it won't update even manually. Also AV side is not blocking basically anything at the moment. Trend Micro services was one of the main reasons why I choose to pick this product.

@TP-Link Hello again,
How soon is very soon? our home systems were bought also for this important security feature that is not updated for months now.
As I understood, the free AV support is for 3 years period and we are losing precious time here.
Please let us know when the AV DB will be updated and will it stay updated as it should.

I have the exact same scenario as iot14 describes. Really expect a fix as this feature is indeed a main selling point!

@TP-Link Hello, how about sharing the beta firmware that might fix this issue which has been mentioned by you about an hour ago in another thread? There are quite a few of us that are suffering from this bug as you might see from the comments.

@TP-Link I want to try the beta but I'm a little afraid a beta could break something. The WiFi is really goed as it is so I do not want to risk that installing a beta. Especially when the issue is maybe only a viewing of the correct time and date. This is what I think to read on the beta file name.
Anybody got any feedback on using this beta?
