Should I be able to remotely access the Deco M9 app while in router mode?
I am unable to do so. Says there is a problem with the Cloud service. Works fine when I'm on the same wifi though.
Is this due to the fact that it is in router mode?
@BenPro works fine here in router mode.
I'm thinking maybe my setup is wrong.
My Internet first comes in a Bell modem/router, then in goes to the Deco. Reason is that my tv needs to connect to the Bell device (Bell is both my ISP and tv service provider).
Should/could I switch connections so internet first comes in Deco, then goes to Bell modem?
Any idea if this will cause problem with my TV connection?

Yes, something in the setup for sure.
I have the router/modem from ISP in bridged mode so my Deco setup is what is controlling my local network directly. You may be able to do the same.
