Connection to sky ultrafast

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: Dont know

recently i have upgrated my broadband to sky ultrafast and i can find no way to connect my router

originsl sky is connected via VLAN cable

please help

Can you explain this in more details? What does this mean "find no way to connect my router originsl sky is connected via VLAN cable"?

How about the DSL and internet LEDs on the VR2100, are they correctly showing up? If yes, the internet should be working fine.
