I need help!
My iPhoneX with iOS ver 14.2 running Deco app ver 2.3.13 not stable at all.
- Restart my phone
- remove Deco app and reinstall
Problem still there.
- Unable to detect any online devices
- Unable o access parental control
Can I have stable way to connect to my Deco for parental control?

That seems like the solution! I restarted all my Deco E4 units unplugging from power supply (because restarting via app wasn't possible), then I restarted deco app and finally the system works again!
just restart the phone and the app doesn't work.

Hello all, sorry to respond late.
Are you all using Deco M4? Is it running the latest firmware? When does this issue happen, after you upgrade the Deco app or update your phone OS to the latest 14.2?

@Kevin_Z It started to work for me yesterday. I have P9 system and latest version of the app.
Problem occurred when I changed over to a new iPhone. Initially for the first few days the same issues as the OP. No devices listed on the screen and then yesterday when I tried to test again it was working.

@Kevin_Z I'm using Deco M4. Firmware should be an earlier version of 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel 74289 (unable to check due to unable to access via Deco app).
I'm going to upgrade to 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel 74289 and hope it will be more stable.

Firmware updated and my iPhone won't prompt weak WIFI security after updated this new firmware 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel 74289. I can add parental control now but found that each profile limited to 16 devices only. Any reason to cap at 16 devices?
