I need help!
My iPhoneX with iOS ver 14.2 running Deco app ver 2.3.13 not stable at all.
- Restart my phone
- remove Deco app and reinstall
Problem still there.
- Unable to detect any online devices
- Unable o access parental control
Can I have stable way to connect to my Deco for parental control?

Hello, it seems the two versions are the same? 1.4.3 Build 20200918 Rel 74289 is the latest firmware for the Deco M4, if the issue persists, we will contact you via email to follow up, thanks.

@Kevin_Z I'm using Deco E4. I don't know if the problem has occured with iOS 14 or latest upgrade of Deco app, but I'm sure this issue was already there with iOS 14.1

Is the issue persisting now? Try to restart all the Deco units in the network as well as your phone, then confirm again, thanks a lot.

That seems like the solution! I restarted all my Deco E4 units unplugging from power supply (because restarting via app wasn't possible), then I restarted deco app and finally the system works again!
just restart the phone and the app doesn't work.

J'ai eu le même problème et il m'était impossible de mettre à jour des boitiers, je ne voyais plus qu'un seul déco sur les 5 installés.
J'ai du désintaller l'application de mon téléphone et j'ai débranché tous les Déco (E4, M4 et M3W).
J'ai rebranché le principal puis tous les autres.
J'ai résintallé l'application et tout est revenu dans la normal.

Hello, I had the same problem and it was impossible for me to update boxes, I only saw one decoration out of the 5 installed. I had to uninstall the application from my phone and I unplugged all the Deco (E4, M4 and M3W). I reconnected the main one and then all the others. I reinstalled the application and everything is back to normal.
