AV 500 WIFI /WIFI clone LED on solid all the time

The wifi wifi clone button on my new AV500 is staying solid green all the time. I have other AV500's all working fine, I've tried setting up the wifi and then when that didnt work resetting the unit but it still returns to perminent green (which is not covered in the manual) Any Ideas?

@Chris666 Check your AV500 label and find out what hardware version you have with those AV500, then install the tpPLC utility from TP-Link on your PC, search for the latest available firmware for your AV500 hardware on the TP-Link internet page and update the firmware on all your AV500 devices, they will then become AV600 devices and the fixes implemented with newer firmware will probably also resolve the issues you notice with the LEDs.
