RE305 Connection issue
Hello, I bought the range extender 1 day ago and I'm having issue with the Wi-Fi that after few hours it's always loosing it. I have every time to switch it off and on. The range extender its been upgraded with the last firmware.
Could you please help me to fix it?

May I know the model number of your home router?
Did both 2.4ghz and 5ghz have the unstable connection, how about the Ethernet connection as well?
Would the 2.4ghz and 5ghz LED turn off when the connection dropped?
When it happened, are you connected to the Wi-Fi of RE305 but it has no internet, or the mobile devices have been disconnected from the Wi-Fi already and could not reconnect until rebooting the RE305?
Later, I would send you a firmware and please try to update the firmware to have a look;
And please feel free to update with further improvements.

I don't know my router model it's been provided from nowtv.
I checked with the extender gateway and both connection are stable.
2.4 and 5 ghz led were always on.
so when it happened all the devices were connect to the extender and few second later it appear that the devices were unable to find IP address from extender.
so I had to switch it off and on every time.
the only extender worked perfectly was the N300 that it work only with 2.4ghz but obviously I can't use it cause of low connection speed.
