ISP :

Just would like to ask from the DDNS service provider where only DynDNS that i can select. I already have a No-IP account, how i can set it from this model?

I do not think there is a way for you to use No-ip because it has no such option in the designed software.. So we td-w8968 can only DynDNS at moment

I confirm, but if you have in your network some computer, you can install client application from another DDNS to refresh addressing,

Then any other all in one router which got the option for no-ip ?

I think TP-Link have come up with new firmware with no-ip option. You can try that but I also heard that the new firmware is not so stable.
