Model: Archer VR2800
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 0.4.0 0.9.1 v006c.0 Build 200227 RC.63688n

Due to WFO, I have set the QoS up on our home WiFi Router and assigned different computers in the household to different groups. This was to prevent some users grabbing 100% upload bandwidth on large file uploads when other users were in VOIP meetings. The basic settings are 10%, 30% and 60%. The problem is that whenever I assign an Apple Laptop to the 10% group, the user has severe networking problems. Since we have a 20Mbps uplink and 80Mbps downlink, then why is this a problem of  Apple users?

@KevC

Hello, apologies for the super late reply, I hope you have figured this out already.

Do you mean other devices in the same 10% group have no issues, while only the Apple devices have issues? What is the issue on the Apple devices, cannot open the websites, or cannot stream videos?

What if you put them into the 30% group, will it work properly?

BTW, what are the Apple devices, are they all iOS14?
