Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254

I noticed selected System Log entries were missing in my Archer AX6000 router every time I turn it off/on. Those missing are in-between past entries from the date I last turned off the router and up til just before 2020-07-14 00:00:52. The logs that will only be listed are those from 2020-07-14 00:00:52 to past entries and those that were recently created after turning on the router. Pls. refer to sample screenshot below.

I have the latest Firmware version 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254 and my router's Time Settings is set to "Get From The Internet" from NTP Servers (time.nist.gov & time-nw.nist.gov).

I also noticed that the latest entry contains a Log Content info about "[8395] Clear all stats because time changed". But I haven't actually recently changed any time configuration in the router except that our ISP's Modem is always turned on/off daily/nightly for several hours. Anybody knows why I have missing System Log entries?

Can we have some log for reference?

Who is your ISP? How about the LED status, will it sometime change to orange?

ISP is Cox. I've never seen orange, only blue and red.

Yes, I mean orange or red. Do you enable the Reboot Schedule on the router to reboot it at a specific time?

BTW, are you using the original power adapter from the package box that came with the router, which should be 12 V ⎓ 4 A?

I do have it reboot every morning at 4am. Does that reset the logs automatically like this?  And I am using the original cord...I think. I'll have to get back there to make sure everything is using the correct power cord.

Yes, the reboot will reset and clear the router logs, it will need to rebuild the connection and synchronize time.

That's rather disappointing, but thank you for the explanation.
