Hi!

 

So my deco is connect to a power socket, it shortly gives a green light, but then suddenly the light goes out and nothing happens. Its located on the first floor.

 

I think it starter aftrr the latest firmware update. I have 2 other deco m4's.

 

One on the ground floor(White led light)

One on the top floor (connecting  issues- possibly because first floor doesnt work anymore?)

 

I tried switching deco's, changed the power adapter, tried different power sockets, but that one deco Just keeps turning of the light. Whilst the others Just show a led light.

 

Help is mutch appreciated.

I have the same issue. It was working fine and then all of a sudden all of the DECO M$'s switched off with no more light. I can still the SSID name on my mobile but it says "no internet connection".

 

Did you manage to solve the issue? Im not sure if this is a firware thing :/

Hi Mark, I returned the deco to the shop where i bought it. It seemed to be a hardware issue. I upgraded to the m9 and am very satisfied with those

@markpace501 happened to mine yesterday. Found out that the issue was with my Internet account, not the device. The service was actually barred coz I was not home for many days. After payment done, service resumed, i restarted everything and voila! All is well again. Worth a check everyone.
