set up Deco M5 Mesh with a router TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless N 4G LTE Router Model No. TL-MR6400
Hi, I have a TP-Link 300Mbps Wireless N 4G LTE Router Model No. TL-MR6400. and just now I received my Deco Whole Home Mesh Wi-Fi System AC1300 Deco M5.V3.8
this router with a Globe SIM card 4G. I install but as soon I try to connect to the Internet become a red light and indicates no Internet!
I try the Deco M5 on my other network (DSL PLDT) and the M5 works well. so the problem is probably the setting of the TL-MR6400.
it is compatible? if yes what will be the correct setting?
I need to install the Mesh on my Globe Network!

I follow step 2 (same as before) tried with different port on the router... try with my Iphone 7Plus and tried also with my Android OPPO F7 everything ok until connect to the internet the light on the M5 become Red Solid! I reboot both the M5 and the Router still the same solid Red!
I tried on my PLDT DSL and it's working fine Green light.
I check all in step 3 didn't find nothing that was working with my MR6400
So I thinks the configuration of the MR6400 is a problem!
Maybe you can find some setting wrong !

It is possible that both the M5 Mesh and router MR6400 IP address by default 192.168.0.1? How can I change the default IP address on the M5? or should I change on the MR6400 4G modem/Router? what IP address should I put as default? maybe that why when I click on connect become a solid red light? the IP address pldt router by default is 192.168.1.1. and when I try the M5 on that Network it's working fine!

@TP-Link_Deco Thank you for the information! ok the TL-MR6400 IP address it's 192.168.0.1 and the M5 Mesh it's 192.168.68.1
what should be the most compatible IP address that can work together? Can you tell me what should be IP-Address for the TL-MR6400 and what should be the IP-Address for the M5 Mesh?
With the PLDT 192.168.1.1 the Mesh M5 work fine
or maybe it's another setting inside the RL-MR6400 wrong?

Hi I made a test it's definitely an IPConfig Address problem:
Like I wrote previously on my PLDT network the router has 192.168.1.1 and the M5 Mesh install perfectly if I try on that network.
But my router TP-link TLMR6400 on my Globe Network the IP Address was 192.168.0.1 and the M5 Mesh couldn't connect on the internet.
So I disconnect my PLDT Network and I reset the TL-MR6400 to factory default then the IP Address was also 192.168.1.1 and the Mesh M5 installed perfectly the 3 unit M5 Mesh
My laptop has Dual Connection one Ethernet and one WiFi Example Ethernet for PLDT and WiFi for Globe or Ethernet on Globe and PLDT on WiFi...
I need back my PLDT Network with the IP address 192.168.1.1 ( all equipment in the network are program to work on that network and work well) but it will be a conflict address of the TL-MR6400 Globe new network.
So what IP Address should I choose for the TL-MR6400?
I didn't change any address on the M5 Mesh still 192.168.68.1
