Can not block websites using parental control

I am having issue of blocking websites for one of my home pc.
I use ARCHER C4000 WIFI Router and from Tether Mobile App I have blocked the websites for the selected PC under the website filter contents as shown in below.
But still those websites are working fine and it is not blocked.
Can someone help me on this please.

Hello, thanks for asking.
Try to clear the DNS cache on your home PC and then try to save the settings again on the Tether app. You may press the Windows + R key -> input cmd, press enter -> input ipconfig /flushdns, press enter to clear the cache on the home PC.

Hi, I have the same issue with these sites, but the problem occurs because once there is no schedule for content, I have to block and unblock them when not needed. So, it causes whenever I need to block them again, the parental control doesn't work and these sites keep working and it generates a series of undesired conflicts.
Does someone know some kind of workaround for this issue?
