Registration issue and update problem
ISSUE 1:
When I want to register my product on the site => does not work. Doesn't recognize my serial number.
Only option: contact support => nobody there => check forum.
Probably this is because my "Region of purchase" is wrong. Only option is "United States" => sorry my region of purchase is Belgium.
ISSUE 2:
My device is a Deco M9 Plus V2 and I am still running firmware 1.2.11 Build 20190926 Rel. 55727. We are more than 1 year further. Still no update? Or is there a problem with my update function on the application of my phone?
