Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.5

I have 3 x60, 3 M5, 1 M3W, 1p7 nad 1 P9 decos

since I've added the new x60, the network is instable, often some deco appers, in the app, out of network.

italian support told me they have no experience with x60 and cannot give me further support!!!

@danielet

Hello, sorry to hear that, we can do some troubleshooting first to locate the issue so that we can try to fix it later. Please help confirm the below details:

1. What is the current network diagram/layout? How are the Deco units connected to the network, by cable or via Wi-Fi or Powerline? Is the Deco X60 the main Deco or the satellite?

2. How about the LEDs on all the Deco X60 units, are they solid green or flashing red when they disconnect from the network? How do you make it back to work after that?

3. How far between the Deco X60 from other units, you may try to move them closer to the other, or try to swap the locations of the Deco X60s and other Deco nodes, and monitor again.

May it help and have a nice day.

@TP-Link_Deco

Tim router to X60 wired to switch wired to: 1 x60, 1 m5, 1p9, 1 m5, 1 p7

wireless x60 close to second x60

p7 close to 3rd x60

1 p7 wireless to 1stx60

2) they are always green, just wait and they are back to work

3) I made a lot of different changes, always the same

thank you

Hello, is it possible for you to draw a simple network layout? As it is not clear how are they connected now, it seems that you have 3P7s in the same network according to your description, while you mentioned there is only one previously.

BTW, can you please confirm again what are the exact models in the network, if all of them are connected to your Deco account, may I have your account ID? Thanks.
