Model: TD-W8961N

Hardware Version: V4

Firmware Version: 3.0.0 Build 170919 Rel.21648

I would like to get a confirmation on the hardware version of my TD-W8961N: could you please check the attached photo and confirm if it is V4?

If so, how come that the firmware version is so old (2017) and no new firmware version appears in the site (https://www.tp-link.com/gr/support/download/td-w8961n/v4/) for the V4 hardware version?

Is there any issue on the current firmware?

Thank you for your response.

I have the modem for a couple of weeks and I faced some issues while setting it up and I searched if there is a new firmware available, thus my question.

I managed to resolve my problems by configuration changes.

So, actually there is no problem (so far) with the modem - just wanted to verify the hw version and check if there is any latest firmware available.

i want to upgrade my modem tp link td-w8961n(eu) ver:4.0 but no firmware for it here .
