Hi all. I’m using a router from tp-link and sometimes wifi connected but there’s no internet, how can I fix this? Thank you.

May I know the exact model number of the TP-Link router? Who is your ISP?

 

How about the internet LED on the router, is it green or orange? Can you access its web interface? If so, what is the internet IP address and default gateway at that time?

 

Meanwhile, can you get the internet from the front-end modem directly?

@Kevin_Z hey I'm having the same issue, I'm trying to connect the extender to the main one but it keeps saying there is no internet
