I have tried all recommended trouble shoots and get the same result. I can configure the extender but it does not connect with my router. WPS does not work

May I know the model number of your home router?
After the configuration, will you see the 2.4ghz and 5ghz lit up?
Have you tried to delete the previous Wi-Fi profile and reconnect to make sure the password is right?
By the way, is there any error message during the set up?
