Hi

 

i have connected the AX11000 to the Sky q modem and speeds in the house seem to be improved however I now cannot get internet in 2 upstairs rooms where I could before with just sky. When I go into the rooms the full signal strength drops rapidly and then no internet access

 

can anyone please advise?

it is the Sky q hub router as I have connected the ax11000 into it via Ethernet cable effectively trying to turn the sky router into just a modem.

@Cawsie I haven't amended or changed an IP address. I just plugged Ethernet into the sky router and that's was it

Thanks for this. Have you set up ipv6 on the router with sky?
