Tp-link WA850RE not working with Sky broadband
I have a TL-WA850RE extender which I'm attempting to connect to my Sky broadband router (model SR204). I've followed the instructions multiple times via both the tether app and using a laptop browser, however, it won't work. I've put in the correct details but it fails to connect to the router. Both the power and and wireless lights are on but the RE light never comes on. I've upgraded the firmware but it still won't work.

Thank you very much for your kind reply.
In this way, we could like to forward your case to the senior engineers, and please have a check of your email box.
At the same time, please help us get the following information:
- A picture of the status page on the 850RE;
- After the setup, power off the RE for 5mins, then power back on; save the system log around 2 mints later;
Thanks a lot.

Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
For your case, please refer to the following information:
- Delete the previous network profile and reconnect just in case the wireless password is incorrect;
- Please check on the home router whether there is MAC filtering, access control or not;
- Try to set up via WPS button on both the extender and SKY router;
If still not available, please try to change the security type and authentication type to auto;
Later if still nothing happened, we might need to forward your case to our senior engineers for further assistance.
Thanks a lot.

@Solla-topee Thanks for getting back to me. I've tried each of those steps but it still won't work I'm afraid.
