Model: TD-W9970
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.0.0 0.9.1 v009f.0 Build 190419 Rel.34272n

I want to configure target SNR value and generally experiment with ADSL configuration values.
I connected via telnet to the modem but I can only see the following options for the ads command:

TP-Link(conf)#adsl
          adsl show info
          adsl show status
cmd:SUCC
TP-Link(conf)#

What can I do to "unlock" more options? I have seen in a google search that something like 'adsl configure --snr N' should exist.

@gzach

Hi, Good day,

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

Our router does not support telnet login, so you might not be able to see the ADSL info via telnet;

if you do not mind, please try to log in via 192.168.1.1 ot http://tplinkmodem.net to go the web interface to check the SNR info;

Thanks a lot.

@Sunshine Hello there,

I can login via telnet (port 23) to the router, I can see the 'adsl' command but the 'configure' option of the 'adsl' command is not available.
Neither via telnet nor via web interface I can set the SNR value. This is confusing because my ISP instructed me to set the SNR value so that the DSL link doesn't disconnect whenever I try to upload a large file to the internet.
