Hello

I have a problem with voip configuration.
Problem appears when somebody try to call my number.
I can make a call and voip status on my Router is UP.
Voip provider gave me this settings:

NAT Keep Alive Enable: Yes
Register Expires: 3600 [sec]
Proxy: sip.ipfon.pl or 213.218.117.66
User ID: SIP account login (ex. ipfon003)
Password: my SIP password
Preferred Codec: G711a (alaw/PCMA)

I've found all settings but one:
NAT Keep Alive Enable. What is the name of this options on VG3631?

Also called NAT on the router. it is enabled as default.
So others cannot call by by VOIP number?
Maybe you can attach a screenshot of the configuration of the VOIP on this forum.

Try to set your accout/user id (in this example: ipfon003) in the "telephone number" field. I had exactly the same problem with ipfon and it started to work
