hi i have a wpa7510 kit and a wpa8630. Still wifi is not good on top level of the house.
Can i combine this with deco m4?
So using both systems mesh and powelrlines?

Hello, sorry to say that Deco can only build a mesh network with the Deco, it can't build a mesh network with the non-Deco devices.
However, there is no problem to connect the Deco to the existing powerline devices via wired cable to extend the Wi-Fi range.
