Dear TP Link support team,

Good day, is there any way to use the Archer C3200 router as a Wi-Fi range extender.  so please share the steps to boost the Wi-Fi signal.

Please fine the below image which containing the firmware version.

Hi,

 

C3200 does not support WDS bridging feature so you cannot set it up as a repeater or range extender. Instead, you can use a network expansion device, like range extender.

But Archer C3200 supports access point mode, therefore you can connect it to the first router by wired cable.

 

If it is connected by wired cable, you can configure it as an access point, below is the instruction:
