DSL light is on but No internet access

My Modem's DSL light is on and stable, but the internet light is off.
Tried resetting and starting the modem ,but nothing happened
PPPoE is down
Logs shows:

May I know who is your internet service provider and what internet connection type did you use?
Can I have a picture of the status page on the router?
Have you ever checked with your service provider if you had the correct username and password?
