Archer C7 stuck at 100mb

Windows shows the connection at 1 Gbps, but I am getting <100 Mbps speeds.
1000Mbps full duplex set
Cable connecting modem to router is Cat6
Cable connecting router to computer is Cat6
Computer has Gigabit Ethernet.

Hello, how much bandwidth did you pay for your internet? Who is your ISP? Please connect your PC directly to your modem and test the speed again, show us the test results as well, thanks.
If the speed test of the modem is showing correctly, please check and ensure the QoS settings on the C7, try to manually set the upload and download bandwidth provided by your ISP and change to the Standard mode.
