hey there so my ping won't stay stable in games or just cruising the web an my download speeds will barely reach half of what there ment to.My download speeds where fine before this modem just my old modem capped my uploads. sorry this happens when on wifi

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

How long have you had the modem and when did the issue start?

How much speed you are supposed to get,  and how much speed is from the modem now?

Did both wireless 2.4ghz+5ghz have a slow speed and how about the Ethernet connection speed as well?

hi iv had the modem for about 2 months an it issue has been since start, im suppose to get 100mb but im lucky to get 40mb an it want let me connect to the 5ghz connection
