Hi,

Recently I bought UE330 USB to Ethernet adapter. It is working fine on my Windows. But, when I connected it to Raspberry Pi 4, it is not getting recognized. I see the amber light glowing and green light blinking for every second and nothing happens and my Raspberry Pi is not connecting to network.

I am running Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS 64 bit on Raspberry Pi 4. I have updated the distribution to the latest still no luck.

Appreciate any help.

@Kiran001 Did you have time yet? I am interested to know if the update was the solution to the problem

@Kiran001

Sorry for the delay in posting my response. My Raspberry Pi is not working properly and so I have ordered another one.

For the new one, I have installed fresh Ubuntu version and the TP-Link accessory worked without installing any new drivers. However, when I tried to copy 4GB file, it stopped at around 1.2 GB.

Then I have installed Raspberry OS and it also recognized the accessory and it worked just fine. I could copy large file (4GB) without any problem.
