ISP : NTC

Currently i am using tplink adsl router with the internet connection of 192 kpbs. and i have shared it to 3 people. Whenever a person starts skype then i am not able to surf.Then i heard of Qos but i am not able to configure it also i have looked the manual page but still i am not able to solve my problem please suggest me with details.

As I know, we cannot configure bandwidth control (IP Qos) on TD-W8901G.

What do you do then this is QoS?
We're watching video or file download speed limit can put it?

As far as I am concerned, QoS on this modem is used to set priority to certain service such as VoIP, IGMP etc. It won't be able to set up bandwidth control.
