Hi, it seems I have replied to you in the below post:
https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/199292?page=5
I will reply to you again:
I want to confirm if you encounter this restart issue every time when you try to download something and the speed is higher than 20MB/s, or this is just random? How about other activities in your network, are they normal?
BTW, when you mean the AX10 restart, does it mean all the LEDs on it flash off then on automatically? How long will this restart lasts?
Try to reset the AX10 to factory defaults and reconfigure it from scratch to give it a go.

Hi Kevin,
The restart is not every time it's random.
But if I download a file of 50g at least 2-3 restarts occur
if I do 5-speed tests at least 2 times the router restarts.
If I play a game I do not encounter this issue
I have other issues on the 5G network as well - if I connect to a VPN - work related my internet speed drops to 0 until I change from AC to AX or the other way around on my network card.
The restart lasts ~1 min until WIFI is back up and running - if I download something it happens every ~5 min or so.
I did reset the AX to factory settings and then updated to the latest firmware released today
Firmware Version:
1.1.0 Build 20200827 Rel. 40928(4555)
Hardware Version:
Archer AX10 v1.0
Thank you.
