Archer C50 WIFI Bridge
Hey guys,
I’ve got a question regarding a TP Link Archer C50 being used as a network bridge.
Is there any reason, or a particular setting which would cause the router to stop working intermittently?
It seems that every month/month and a half this router just stops working and I’m unable to connect to it until I do a power cycle.
I initially thought it might be an automatic security feature where I’d forgotten to change the default login credentials. But I’ve changed them now and it’s still happening.
The only solution I can think of is to set a periodic reboot within the settings of the router. Any ideas or suggestions?

Hello,
Do you mean you are using this C50 to extend the host wireless network via the WDS function? If so, please try to change the wireless channel on your host router to a specific one in order to build up a stable connection. If the channel on your host router is not fixed, the connection may break when it changes.
Thanks.
