Model: AC1200 not AC500. When typing in which model I have AC1200 did not appear... 

 

My country is going into a 3 week lockdown in four days. I need help quickly. 
 

please help. 
 

My TP-Link AC1200 is giving me problems.

all my devices are able to connect to the router/network. However the Internet isn't working. How do I fix it?

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

The model number is supposed to be Archer VR400.

And based on the LED lights, I guess you are on the telephone line/DSL cable, right?

Here is what you need to do

  1. log into the modem via http://tplinkmodem.net
  2. check the DSL status on the advanced>status page
  3. then go to advanced>network>internet>add one internet profile;

(There are mode details:

  1. For the VLAN ID, please check with the internet provider if necessary; if they did not need it, please keep it disabled.
  2. For the connection type and username/password for it, they are also decided by ISP as well and normally the username would be an email address.)
