Deco node not connecting to main node

The main deco is providing internet fine. But when I try connecting the second one it doesn't connect to the main one even if they are next to each other. Trying to setup a mesh network for the first time. Please help. Thank you.

i am not using m4 but mine got no problem.

There's a + sign on the top right hand corner on the overview page of your app.

Just select your deco and follow the instructions
