Hello,

Do you mean the current issue is that the 5GHz wireless connection will lose the internet, while 2.4GHz and the wired devices which connect to the C50 with Ethernet cable still work well, right?

What is the LED status of the Archer C50 at that time? Is the internet LED orange or green? Is there still a WAN IP address on the C50 when the wireless disconnects? BTW, what is the WAN connection type on C50?

How many devices are connected to the C50 wireless network, 2.4GHz, and 5GHz? Are all the 5GHz devices losing the internet at the same time or randomly?

Have you ever tried to change some wireless settings yet? Including wireless channel and channel width. For example, change the channel of 5GHz to 36, 40, and 44, channel width 80MHz.

Besides, you can try to hard reset the router to give it a go as well.

There is the guidance you can refer to narrow down the issue:

Hi, except for the hardware reset, have you tried to change the 5GHz wireless settings on the router? What are those 5GHz devices connected to the router? Are all the 5GHz devices losing the internet at the same time or randomly?

Please verify all the details in my previous respond and try to change the 5GHz wireless settings first, thanks.
