The subject is Archer A8 .

1. Are/Can it Bind/-s all IPs by default ?

2. Why is the manual "IP & MAC Binding" interface exist at all ?

Logically, after each LAN IP is assigned to a connection, for this security measure the MAC should be obtained and Binded until the IP definition expire/{is removed (if static)} .

As far as I know, this ARP binding or IP & MAC binding is disabled by default and you need to enable it and add the binding rules for the local devices.
