After one-year successful using WIFI stopped working. I receive the following error:

 

 Error code: 9805 Corresponding case not found.

 

 

What is the problem?

Hi, may I know when will this error show up? When you try to access its web interface or change wireless settings?

 

Please reset the router to factory defaults and try to login again.

Thank you for the response,

 

"When you try to access its web interface or change wireless settings?" - all sections excepted wireless settings work fine. Also, all my client devices don't see WIFI.

 

"Please reset the router to factory defaults and try to login again." - I did it before writing this topic. The result is the same.
