Frequent disconnection
over 2 months my TPLINK WR820N Suddenly drops internet connection and at that time even the Router login page doesn't opens up. Initially i thought it To be ISP issue so used over 100% lan for 1 week and at that time there was not even a single time connection drop, however when using wireless multiple times the issue occurs. Tried with 2 ISP and on both encountered same Issue. Any resolution would be appreciated.
I have tried below steps
- Router reset atleast 100 times
- Changed channel to 1,6,11
- Tweaked with encryption settings but no use

Hi, sorry to hear that.
Please confirm the below and we will try to fix it:
1. When and where did you purchase this router? Ensure its firmware is up-to-date.
2. When the connection drops on the router and you failed to access its web interface, how about the LEDs on it, are they still normal? Is there an IP address on your computer when connected to it at that time? Can you ping the router if there is still one?
3. How many devices are connected to the router, wired and wirelessly? Try to reduce the number of connected devices and monitor again.
4. When there is one uses the internet, it is suggested to turn the router off to get better performance.
5. Try to reset it to the factory defaults by pressing the RESET button or hole on it for more than 10s, then reconfigure it from scratch and confirm.
Good days.
